个人简介

熊永平老师类型博导/硕导所属中心宽带网中心职称副教授承担课程计算机应用编程实验个人介绍熊永平，北京邮电大学网络技术国家重点实验室副教授，毕业于哈尔滨工业大学和中国科学院计算技术研究所，师从于网络信息安全领域专家方滨兴院士和诺基亚研究院首席科学家马建博士，他是中国计算机学会物联网专委会委员、国家卫计委健康保险大数据专委会委员、国家电网总部科技项目专家，先后在诺基亚研究院、工信部电子信息产业研究院、无锡物联网产业研究院从事网络安全、移动物联网、数据挖掘等领域研发工作，近3年来主要专注图像文字识别OCR、计算机视觉领域的研究开发工作，主持和参与了国家自然科学基金、863计划、科技部重大专项、973等多项国家科研项目。在IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing、ACM MobiCom等国内外著名期刊会议上发表论文40多篇，单篇论文他引次数超过300次，出版专著1部。他还积极推动与工业界的技术成果转化和交流，先后被邀请在中国计算机大会、中国大数据技术大会、中国云计算大会等做特邀技术报告，并在江苏省从事新型研发机构的产业化落地和成果转化工作。承担课题 1. 国家电网，基于人工智能的变电检修知识导航与决策优化技术研究与应用，2019-2021 2. 中国人保，复杂通用单据图像文字识别与结构化关键技术研究 2018-2020 3. 国家自然科学基金项目，移动条件下短距离无线通信物理层安全关键技术研究，2016-2018 4. 国际合作项目，IOT Service research and Development，2016-2017 5. 国家自然科学基金项目，机会计算环境中的通信机会发现关键技术研究，2012-2015 6. 江苏自然科学基金，基于信道干扰能量特征感知的异构网络共存机制研究，2011-2014 7. 国家自然科学基金面上项目，参与式协作感知关键技术研究，2013-2016 8. 国家高技术研究发展计划（863）,面向三网融合的创新网络体系结构获奖和成果中国人工智能学会创新创业大赛二等奖/专项奖
