研究领域

1. 基于Nrf2/ARE通路的天然来源化学预防剂及其分子机制持续性氧化应激是肿瘤、神经退行性疾病、心脑血管疾病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病的重要致病因素。Nrf2 是调节人体氧化还原平衡的关键转录因子，激活Nrf2能够有效抑制氧化应激，从而预防上述疾病的病理进程。因此，Nrf2激动剂是上述疾病化学预防药物的重要来源。中药治疗疾病的有效性是确证的，本研究方向选择中药作为Nrf2激动剂的来源，获得中药中的Nrf2激动分子，并进行分子机制和药效学研究，探讨其成为氧化应激诱发疾病化学预防药物的潜力。 2. 中药新药研究与开发
