学习和工作经历 1997.11-2001.11, Brigham Young University ,有机化学 (导师:Merritt B. Andrus) ,哲学博士生。 1990.09-1993.07,山东大学,化学系,有机化学理学硕士。 1985.09-1988.07,济南大学,化学系,环境监测。 工作经历 2011 - 至今,国家重大新药创制中心/山东大学药物制剂与释药系统研究中心/山东大学药学院,教授,博士生导师,山东省泰山学者海外特聘专家。 2001- 2011,历任,辉瑞制药,日东电工美国生物研发公司及诺华制药,科学家,资深科学家,研究团队负责人和/项目主管人,主要从事siRNA为基础的基因治疗课题研究,针对肺部疾病和代谢性疾病的小分子药物研究,可靶向生物降解的纳米药物传输体系的研究。

研究领域

1. 针对特定肿瘤靶点的小分子化学药物研究:如计算机模拟设计Hsp90抑制剂的抗肿瘤研究。 2. 脐带血干细胞的体外扩增及临床应用研究。 3. 新型可生物降解的纳米材料的生物医学应用研究:如肿瘤探针和药物/基因/抗体的传输。 4. 特定肿瘤生物标记物的诊断学研究:如以外周血为基础的特定妇科肿瘤学研究;肿瘤起始细胞/肿瘤干细胞的特征研究。 5. 氮杂环卡宾(NHC)催化体系在有机合成化方法学中研究。
