LUO Chuxiang is a professor and academic adviser for the Master of Laws in the School of Humanities at BUPT. He used to work for the Wuhan Arbitration Commission and the Public Security Department in Hubei Province. He is the managing director of China Society of Private International Law, director of the Law Association for Relations across the Taiwan Straits (LARATS), director of the Cyber Security Association of China (CSAC), arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), arbitrator of the Wuhan Arbitrator Commission, and a part-time lawyer in King Virtue Law Firm.
