1980-1984:山东大学化学系,获理学学士学位 1984-1987:山东大学化学系,获理学硕士学位 1989-1993:美国杨伯翰大学(Brigham Young University)生化系,获化学博士学位 1993-1995:美国太平洋西北国家实验室(Pacific Northwest National Lab)博士后研究员 1987-1989:山东大学化学系助教 1995-2002:美国默克公司 (Merck & Co.),药物研究开发部研究学者 2002-2009:美国美达贝斯治疗公司 (Metabasis Therapeutics),药物开发部部长、总监 2010至今:山东大学药物制剂与释药系统研究中心,国家特聘教授、中心主任

研究领域

1、药剂学:吸入、缓控释、靶向纳米、脂质体、膜制剂等新型给药系统的研究; 2、药物分析及生物药剂学:药物分析和生物分析技术研究,新型制剂生物药剂学评价; 3、新药创制:治疗肺结核、慢阻肺、肺癌、胃癌等抗结核、抗肿瘤原创药物的研发; 4、功能食品研发:大蒜和红枣有效成分相关基础研究及其食品药品开发。
