1980-1984：山东大学化学系，获理学学士学位 1984-1987：山东大学化学系，获理学硕士学位 1989-1993：美国杨伯翰大学(Brigham Young University)生化系，获化学博士学位 1993-1995：美国太平洋西北国家实验室(Pacific Northwest National Lab)博士后研究员 1987-1989：山东大学化学系助教 1995-2002：美国默克公司 (Merck & Co.)，药物研究开发部研究学者 2002-2009：美国美达贝斯治疗公司 (Metabasis Therapeutics)，药物开发部部长、总监 2010至今：山东大学药物制剂与释药系统研究中心，国家特聘教授、中心主任

研究领域

1、药剂学：吸入、缓控释、靶向纳米、脂质体、膜制剂等新型给药系统的研究； 2、药物分析及生物药剂学：药物分析和生物分析技术研究，新型制剂生物药剂学评价； 3、新药创制：治疗肺结核、慢阻肺、肺癌、胃癌等抗结核、抗肿瘤原创药物的研发； 4、功能食品研发：大蒜和红枣有效成分相关基础研究及其食品药品开发。
