个人简介

学习经历 1983年9月～1987年7月：山东大学化学系，获学士学位； 1990年9月～1993年7月：山东医科大学药学系，获硕士学位； 1997年9月～2000年7月：山东大学数学院，获生物数学博士 2006-2007美国波士顿 Northeastern University, 访问学者。工作经历 1993年9月～2000年9月：山东大学生物医学研究中心单位，讲师； 2000年9月～2007年9月：山东大学药学院，副教授； 2007年9月～至今：山东大学药学院，教授

研究领域

1. 靶向纳米制剂的研究主要进行抗癌药物靶向纳米制剂的研究。研究了Pluronic/PEG-PE、Pluronic/TPGS混合胶束系统对紫杉醇和喜树碱的增溶作用以及体外细胞毒性研究,并取得一定成果。此外在聚离子复合物胶束的制备及应用，脂质体给药系统，纳米粒给药系统等方面都进行了广泛研究。 2. 两亲性材料的合成研究主要研究生物相容性两亲性材料。研究了以普朗尼克为主的两亲性材料：普朗尼克-壳聚糖聚合物、普朗尼克-聚乙烯亚胺聚合物、普朗尼克-叶酸聚合物等。 3. 靶向药物动力学研究主要开展靶向药物动力学模型的设计以及药物动力学刻划。
