个人简介

易庆华,女,博士,讲师。现为常熟理工学院物理与电子工程学院教师,2017年12月毕业于苏州大学新能源科学与工程专业获得理学博士学位(导师:邹贵付)。目前已在国际期刊上发表20余篇论文(其中包括Science Adv., Green Chem., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Nanoscale, Nano Res., etc.),第一作者论文7篇,授权专利一项。 主要科研项目 1.国家自然科学基金面上项目,21671141,聚合物辅助沉积宽带隙SiC/GaN外延薄膜研究,2016.1-2018.12,在研,参与。 授权发明专利 1. 邹贵付,赵杰,易庆华, 一种基于水溶液的铜锌锡硫或/和硒薄膜的制备方法,授权号:CN105185848。
