个人简介

唐葆君,1972年11月生,江西泰和人,北京理工大学特聘教授,博士生导师,教育部长江学者特聘教授(2021年)。现任管理与经济学院副院长,能源与环境政策研究中心副主任,应用经济学一级学科博士点带头人。兼任中国煤炭学会碳减排工程管理专委会副主任、中国“双法”研究会能源经济分会秘书长、“能源经济与环境管理”北京重点实验室学术带头人、北京“经济社会可持续发展研究”哲学社科基地副主任等。长期从事绿色与低碳经济研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划“科技冬奥”重点专项课题等科研任务30余项;发表论文100余篇,其中SCI/SSCI收录60余篇;出版专著9部;获一等奖在内的省部级奖项共8项;授权专利17项;获软件著作权28项;作为主要完成人参与提交“实现碳达峰目标的对策和路径”等政策建议17份,其中多份得到中办、国办重视。曾入选教育部青年长江学者(2018年),北京市第十三次党代会党代表(2022年),北京市优秀博士论文指导教师(2022年)。 荣誉和奖励 工科高校经管类拔尖创新人才培养供给侧改革,北京市教育委员会,北京市教育教学成果奖,一等奖,2022,4/7 中国能源报告(2016):能源市场研究,中华人民共和国教育部,高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学),二等奖,2020,3/4 能源需求及碳排放预测综合集成方法及其在能源“十三五”规划中的应用,国家能源局,能源软科学研究优秀成果奖,二等奖,2018,5/10 能源技术预见理论方法及其在油气工业上游的应用,国家能源局,能源软科学研究优秀成果奖,二等奖,2016,4/10 全球石油市场风险预测预警及中国石油安全保障战略研究,国家能源局,能源软科学研究优秀成果奖,一等奖,2015.12,2/6 新能源汽车发展路径及产业政策研究,国家能源局,能源软科学研究优秀成果奖,三等奖,2015.12,2/6 石油价格预测方法与风险管理技术及其应用研究,教育部,高校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)科技进步奖, 二等奖,2015.2,9/10 支持关键决策应用的仿真验证评估支撑平台研发及产业化,中国电子学会,电子信息科学技术进步奖,二等奖,2012.12,5/10
