个人简介

李慧,北京理工大学管理与经济学院应用经济系/能源与环境政策研究中心,助理教授、特别副研究员、博士生导师。讲授《能源与环境关系:政策含义》英文课程。主要从事低碳能源与经济、能源战略、环境政策等方面研究工作。在Energy Policy、Energy、Journal of Environmental Management等期刊上发表论文30余篇;主持国家自然科学基金和中国博士后科学基金各一项。 教育背景 2012/09–2017/06 中国石油大学(北京),经济与管理学院,管理科学与工程,博士 2015/08–2017/02 美国德州大学阿灵顿分校,能源系统研究中心,联合培养博士 工作经历 2020/06年 至今 北京理工大学,管理与经济学院,助理教授(特别副研究员) 2017/07–2020/05 北京理工大学,管理与经济学院,博士后
