个人简介

赵先,男,河北文安人,北京理工大学管理与经济学院教授、博士生导师,副院长。 长期从事系统可靠性与管理,质量管理相关领域的研究,以第一作者/通讯作者在 European Journal of Operational Research , IISE Transactions , Risk Analysis , Reliability Engineering & System Safety , IEEE Transactions on reliability 等期刊发表SCI/SSCI论文70余篇。 先后主持国家自然科学基金(青年基金、面上项目、重点项目)5项,以及国防技术基础,教育部博士点基金,北京市哲学社科基金、北京市高等学校青年英才计划等科研项目。 先后入选京市优秀人才支持计划(2009),北京市高等学校青年英才计划(2013),教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(2012),国家级青年人才计划(2021)等。 兼任中国运筹学会可靠性分会副理事长兼秘书长,中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会工业工程分会副理事长,中国系统工程学会可靠性专委会常务理事,《系统工程与电子技术》第十届编委会委员等。 讲授《管理运筹学》本科课程,先后获得国家级教学成果二等奖(第四完成人),国家精品在线开放课程(第二主讲人),国家精品资源共享课(第二主讲人),首批国家级线上一流本科课程(第二主讲人),第二批国家级线下一流本科课程(负责人),第十四届霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖,北京市青年教学名师。 教育和工作经历 2008.07-至今 北京理工大学,管理与经济学院,讲师(2008),副教授(2011),博士生导师(2013),教授(2014) 2006.07-2007.07 美国田纳西大学,联合培养博士生 2003.09-2008.06 北京理工大学,管理与经济学院,系统工程、管理科学与工程专业,获管理学博士学位(提前攻博) 1998.09-2002.06 河北科技大学,经济管理学院,工业工程专业,获管理学学士学位
