个人简介

1969年出生,现任中国科学院成都有机化学研究所(成都有机化学有限公司)研究员,博士生导师。1990年毕业于云南大学化学系。2001年毕业于中国科学院成都有机化学研究所有机化学专业,获理学博士学位。2001年8月至2003年2月在香港大学化学系作博士后研究工作,主要从事重氮化合物的催化不对称碳氢插入反应的研究。2003年8月至2005年1月在德国 Osnabrueck 大学化学研究所生物有机实验室从事核酸化学研究工作。2005年回国,在中国科学院成都有机化学研究所(成都有机化学有限公司)工作,2008年被评为研究员、博士导师

研究领域

不对称催化反应的研究,藉此合成一些重要的手性化合物,并应用于手性药物及其关键中间体的合成。近年来在手性路易斯碱催化的酮亚胺、α-亚胺基酯、β-烯胺基酯以及γ-亚胺基酯的不对称氢化硅烷化反应的研究中取得了一定的成果,从而发展了一种条件温和、不使用金属催化剂、经济环保的不对称催化方法,高活性、高选择性地合成手性胺、手性非天然α-氨基酸衍生物、手性β-氨基酸衍生物以及手性γ-氨基酸衍生物等

主要研究兴趣为不对称催化反应的研究,藉此合成一些重要的手性化合物,并应用于手性药物及其关键中间体的合成。
