个人简介

1999年7月毕业于清华大学摩擦学国家重点实验室,获工学博士学位;1999.9- 2001.11月在清华大学工程力学系流体力学研究所从事博士后研究;2005.11- 2006.12美国麻省理工学院机械工程系访问学者;2012.9- 2013.3美国宾夕法尼亚大学机械工程与应用力学系高级访问学者;2013.9- 2014.3、2018.9- 2019.3美国麻省理工学院微系统实验室高级访问学者。 成果及荣誉 2004年获北京市高等教育教学二等奖;2005年获北京理工大学优秀教学成果奖;2005及2014年获北京理工大学优秀硕士学位论文指导教师奖;2014、2016及2019年获北京理工大学优秀博士学位论文指导教师奖;2015年获上银优秀机械博士论文指导教师奖;2017年获北京市自然基金优秀成果奖; 曾获第七、八、九届全国润滑脂技术协会优秀论文奖。2005年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划
