研究项目 基于增材制造的高温钛合金单晶材料制备-结构制造一体化技术,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2019.01-2022.12 高性能轻质合金****增材制造技术,装备发展部预研共用技术项目,2012.01-2024.12 第六届青年人才托举工程(机械工程学会),中国科协, 2021.1-2023.12 大型*****电弧增材制造技术,装备发展部预研共用技术项目,2017.12-2020.12 金属***增材制造技术,军委科技委创新特区项目,2019.10-2020.12 基于智能增材制造的飞机****设计与分析技术,国防基础科研重点项目(课题), 2018.01-2020.12 成果及荣誉 主要从事多丝材金属3D打印研究,发表学术论文63篇,其中第一作者(含通讯作者)SCI论文35篇,总引用2000余次,H因子25。 多篇被Nature、Nature Reviews Materials等顶级期刊正面引用。第一发明人申请增材制造专利30余项,已授权15项。获中国科协青年托举人才项目,主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、装发预研共用技术和领域基金、军委创新特区、国防基础科研重点项目课题等项目十余项。培养学生1人获北京市优秀毕业生,2人获得北京理工大学优秀硕士学位论文,学生平均每年获得国家奖学金1-2项。培养学生主要就业于包括航天、航空、兵器、汽车、互联网等行业。

研究领域

致力于构建多弧并行智能3D打印技术体系,主要研究方向 (1)装备和控制系统研发,发展智能化、并行化先进增材制造装备 (2)高效增材制造工艺,实现航空航天、兵器等领域金属结构件制造和形性调控 (3)新结构设计制造一体化,发展复杂结构无支撑增材制造、钢筋混凝土一体化制造 (4)新材料原位制备-结构制造一体化,发展单晶等先进材料制造方法
