个人简介

翟丽,博士,教授,2004年3月博士毕业留校任教,长期从事车辆电驱动理论与控制、电机驱动、电磁兼容等领域研究。2012年入选北京市优秀人才资助计划,2013年1月至2014年1月在美国密苏里科技大学电磁兼容实验室做访问学者。主持或参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划、国家863计划、总装重点预研项目、装备发展部预研项目、国家部委基础产品创新科研项目、北京市科技计划等多项国家和省部级项目。第一/通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文70余篇,出版教材、译著、专著共6本,授权和公开发明专利30余项。获兵器工业科学技术进步一等奖1项,北京理工大学优秀科技成果特等奖1项,机械工业科学技术奖三等奖1项。北京市高等教育教学成果一等奖1项,北京理工大学教学成果特等奖1项、一等奖3项,系北京理工大学迪文优秀教师奖获得者。 成果及荣誉 2013年,面向新能源汽车国家战略需求的教学与人才培养体系建设,北京市高等教育教学成果奖一等奖,第3完成人 2017年,全球化视野下的新能源汽车拔尖创新人才协同创新培养模式、体制机制改革与实践,北京理工大学优秀教育教学成果奖一等奖,第1完成人 2017年,面向国家战略、基于成果导向的车辆工程特色专业人才培养模式改革与实践,北京理工大学优秀教育教学成果奖一等奖,第2完成人 2021年,瞄准国家战略需求,应对行业重大变革:面向未来的工程卓越人才培养体系改革,北京理工大学教学成果奖一等奖,第6完成人 2021年,北京理工大学第六届迪文优秀教师奖课题教学二等奖 2021年,北京理工大学研究生优秀学位论文指导教师,电动汽车电机驱动系统传导电磁干扰建模与抑制方法研究 2017年,北京理工大学研究生优秀学位论文指导教师,四轮毂电机电动汽车电子稳定性控制方法 2015年,北京理工大学三育人先进个人 2007年,XX车辆电传动系统关键技术,中国兵器工业总公司科技进步一等奖,第6完成人 2022年,电动汽车充电系统电磁兼容关键技术研究及应用,机械工业科学技术奖三等奖1项,第3完成人 2018年,无线充电技术和电力传输的未来,中国出版协会引进版优秀图书奖
