教育背景 2000.09～2004.04 南京理工大学化工学院，兵器科学与技术，工学博士 1990.09～1994.07 山东大学化学院，应用化学，理学学士工作经历 2010.01～至今北京理工大学机电学院，副研究员、教授 2012.04～2012.10 加拿大阿尔伯塔大学，访问学者 2005.12～2007.12 中船重工第710所博士后科研工作站，博士后 1994.07～2009.12 北京药物化学研究所，助理研究员、副研究员所获奖励获北京理工大学“三育人”和“师德先进个人”称号荣立个人三等功1次获军队科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖2项、三等奖2项；获国防科技进步一等奖和二等奖各1项北京理工大学教学改革二等奖1项
