化学 1.化学遗传学方法筛选抗肿瘤先导化合物及抗肿瘤分子机理研究 化学遗传学(chemical genetics)是一门应用小分子有机化合物来系统地干扰和探索细胞内生物学过程,从而鉴定参与这些生物过程的生物大分子的方法。对新疆特有植物中提取组分,化合物及有机合成的化合物体外进行高通量筛选,获得高活性的抗肿瘤组分、化合物。结合流式细胞技术,基因芯片,蛋白芯片技术研究化合物在细胞内的生物靶点及对细胞凋亡,细胞周期相关的信号转导途径的影响。 2. 植物次生代谢研究及棉花纤维发育分子机理研究 棉花(彩棉)纤维品质主要取决于其纤维沉积特性及微观结构,而它们均受到纤维素合成及次生代谢合成的影响。该研究组利用关联分析、图位克隆以及转基因等方法对彩棉色素合成途径及次生代谢途径中的重要基因功能的系统深入研究,阐明影响彩色棉花纤维品质的分子调控网络。此项研究将有助于培育多色彩、高品质的新品种。
