个人简介：
王萍，工学博士，教授（四级），硕士生导师。1997年3月于黑龙江商学院（现哈尔滨商业大学）食品科学与工程专业获得硕士学位，并到东北林业大学林学院食品科学与工程学科工作至今；2003年7月于东北林业大学林产化学加工工程专业获得博士学位；2007年3月于北大荒博士后工作站出站。主持一项部级项目。发表论文65篇，其中SCI论文2篇。主讲食品科学与工程专业（学科）课程。截至目前指导毕业硕士13人。

Wang Ping, Doctor of Engineering, Professor (Grade 4), Master Tutor. Mainly engaged in the separation and functional research of plant active substances. Obtained a master's degree in food science and engineering from Heilongjiang Commercial Collge (now Harbin University of Commerce) in March 1997, and same time worked in the food science and engineering discipline at the Forestry College of Northeast Forestry University. Wang Ping worked in the Forestry Chemical Processing Project of Northeast Forestry University from 2000 to 2003, and received her Ph.D. from the profession In July 2003. Wang Ping finished her research work at the postdoctoral workstation of Beidahuang in March 2007. Hosted one ministerial project. Published 65 papers, including 2 SCI papers. Lectures in food science and engineering (subject) courses. Up to now, there have been 13 graduate masters.
