个人简介
何蓓,男,1989年生,2012年考入北航材料学院攻读硕士学位,2014年申请硕博连读并于2017年6月获得博士学位,博士课题为近β钛合金激光表面重熔快速凝固行为研究,毕业后留校任教。工作后主要从事钛合金、铝锂合金、高温合金激光增材制造/修复工艺及材料组织、性能分析工作,重点研究方向为高性能金属材料激光-电弧复合增材制造技术研发和基于增材制造的高比强高比模铝锂合金新材料研究,承担和参与科技部国家重点研发计划3项,北京市科技计划2项。

在大型金属构件增材制造国家工程实验室,一直从事高性能关键金属构件增材制造技术基础理论研究
主要研究方向包括:
(1)金属材料增材制造过程非平衡快速凝固行为及后续热处理固态相变行为
(2)航空发动机整体叶盘、涡轮叶片等高附加值关键金属构件激光增材制造技术
(3)基于增材制造极端冶金条件的新型高性能金属材料设计
(4)基于MIG、CMT、PAW等工艺的电弧增材制造技术
