研究领域

酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)具备真核生物的遗传学特性和原核生物的代谢特点,易于培养,且基因组和高等真核生物具有高度的同源性,是功能基因组学、现代分子生物学和细胞生物学研究的主要模式生物。本研究组利用电离辐射技术,利用基因组、转录组、脂质组等多组学方法分析真核生物DNA损伤修复的分子机制;结合辐射诱变和基因编辑技术创制微生物新菌种。 主要研究兴趣 1)DNA损伤的修复途径与相应的调控机制; 2)电离辐射导致的亚细胞结构损伤的生化过程、调节因子和作用原理; 3)微生物新菌种创制
