1. 新型光子晶体激光器;2. 量子点材料与器件;3.纳米光子学与器件。目前主要开展大功率布拉格反射波导光子晶体激光器,单量子点激光器,中红外大功率半导体激光器,太赫兹波段激光器及红外合束技术等的研究
