个人简介

张从刚博士本科毕业于山东大学生命学院微生物专业,2015年在美国科罗拉多大学-Boulder获得生物化学博士学位。同年8月以博士后身份加入美国西南医学中心分子生物学系从事天然免疫和生物化学的研究。2020年加入清华大学药学院,开展独立研究工作。

研究领域

我们课题组长期从事天然免疫和线粒体质量调控等方向的基础研究,聚焦在DNA天然免疫信号通路、PINK1-Parkin信号通路、自身免疫性疾病、细菌与炎症等领域。实验室综合运用细胞生物学、结构生物学、生物化学和免疫学方法研究天然免疫、线粒体调控领域的核心机理和潜在应用。现阶段的研究工作主要集中于:1)线粒体的质量调控与天然免疫的调控机制;2)细菌的环状核苷酸代谢通路与免疫的调控机理;3)上述机制、过程在炎症、自身免疫性疾病和神经退行性疾病治疗中的可能应用。
