个人简介

2010年及2015年先后于清华大学获理学学士及博士学位(导师:姜开利教授)。2014年于法国南巴黎大学访问(合作导师:赵巍胜教授及诺奖得主Albert Fert教授)。2015年8月入职北京航空航天大学。目前担任集成电路材料与器件系系主任。 研究方向为自旋电子材料、器件及设备,主要成果包括:实验实现了金属—绝缘体转变调控磁性多层膜的层间交换耦合效应;实验发现了二维材料WSe2自旋阀器件随层数和堆垛类型而发生正负振荡的新奇磁阻现象,揭示了基于谷-塞曼有效场的进动型自旋翻转新机制,提出多个低功耗二维自旋电子器件方案;基于全光翻转技术及材料体系设计,实验实现了写入速度达到10皮秒量级的新型磁存储器件,在写入速度方面,超越现有器件技术1-2个数量级;将机器学习算法与光学显微分析技术相结合,研制了全球首套二维材料智能光学识别原型系统。 已发表SCI论文50余篇,包括第一作者或通讯作者Nature Electronics、PNAS、Nature Communications、Applied Physics Reviews、Matter、Nano Letters、ACS Nano、Nano Research(纳米研究)、Physical Review Applied、Advanced Electronic Materials、Advanced Quantum Technologies、IEEE Electron Device Letters等SCI期刊论文30余篇,多篇论文入选ESI热点论文、高被引论文、期刊封面、当期优秀论文及Featured Articles,获得AIP Scilight、StorageNewsletter、MRAM-info、Mat+等媒体报道;拥有30余项中国发明专利、20余项美国发明专利,5项获得转化。 先后主持国家重点研发计划战略高技术项目、国家自然科学基金等项目,参与973项目、国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目等多个科研项目。担任Nature Communications、Nano Letters、APL、ACS Applied Nano Materials、IEEE Trans. Nanotechnol等期刊的审稿人。担任Advanced Devices & Instrumentation期刊编委(Associate Editor)、Scientific Reports期刊编委(Editorial Board Member)、中国电子学会会员及IEEE Senior Member。 先后获得吴有训奖(清华大学物理系)、清华大学优秀学位论文(学士、博士)、北航“我爱我师”优秀青年教师、北航青年拔尖人才支持计划、北航优秀教学成果奖一等奖、北京市高等教育教学成果奖二等奖等奖项。入选中国科协第四届“青年人才托举工程”(2018)。入选教育部青年长江学者(2022)。
