1.探索和建立中药多成分体系和多药体系药代动力学研究方法，发展关键技术，构建满足中药药代动力学研究需求的独特技术体系。 2.围绕中药有效性和安全性，研究中药活性成分药代属性、体内暴露特征与调控机制，鉴定反映给药后机体对中药物质暴露及影响因素的“药代标识物”，研究方剂配伍的药代作用机理与模式，为优化中药治疗创造条件。 3.开展中药大品种的药代动力学研究，支持中药制药企业的品种科技提升和新药研发。
