个人简介

以重要人类病原菌金黄色葡萄球菌(简称金葡菌)、铜绿假单胞菌等为研究对象,利用遗传学、分子生物学、化学生物学等学科手段来研究细菌毒力因子表达的遗传及小分子调控,阐释病原细菌致病力调节的分子机理、探索抗细菌感染的药物作用新靶点。近5年来(2012—至今)在Nat. Chem. Biol., Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, PLOS Pathogens, Mol. Microbiol, Nucleic Acids Res. J Med Chem. J Biol Chem.等杂志发表通讯(共同通讯)作者学术论文10余篇。申请专利4项(其中2项已实施转让)。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。现任国际学术期刊Virulence杂志(IF2015=5.418)编委(2015-2017)、上海市微生物学会理事(2015.10-2019.9)。 工作经历 2010.05 - 至今 中国科学院上海药物研究所,研究员,研究组长 2007.01 - 2010.05 芝加哥大学,化学系,博士后 2004.10 - 2006.12 堪萨斯州立大学,植物病理系,博士后
