研究领域

目前主要致力于细胞膜蛋白聚糖在疾病中结构和功能相关机制研究,在此基础上发现糖类药物的新靶标分子。目前研究内容包括:多糖结构解析、聚糖-蛋白相互作用、中药多糖生物活性筛选、构效关系研究、多糖吸收机制研究。 此外,还致力研究: 1.细胞膜硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖糖链合成酶和降解酶在诸如肿瘤和神经系统疾病发展中的功能机制; 2.聚糖介导的microRNA在肿瘤血管生成中的功能机制; 3.抗肿瘤中药多糖结构靶向性及其功能机制研究。
