1.个人简历 贺学锋,博士,国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,中国微米纳米技术学会高级会员。已主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,主持863课题和教育部高校科技创新重大项目培育资金项目各1项,作为主研人员参与国家级和省部级项目10余项。发表学术论文50余篇,其中作为第一作者或通讯作者在APL、JMM等权威期刊和Transducers等本领域顶级国际会议上发表SCI/EI检索论文近30余篇。作为第一发明人获发明专利授权10项。是APEN、JMM和SMS等期刊的审稿人。 3. 教育及工作经历 教育经历: 2002.09-2005.07 北京大学力学与工程科学系,博士研究生 1992.09-1995.04 哈尔滨工业大学航天学院,硕士研究生 1988.09-1992.07 哈尔滨工业大学航天学院,本科生 工作经历: 1995.04-2002.08 交通部重庆公路科学研究所 2005.12-至今 重庆大学光电工程学院 2015.09-2016.09 加州大学伯克利分校访问学者

研究领域

研究方向 微纳能源:研究基于压电效应、电磁感应等原理将环境中的机械能(振动能、流体动能等)转换为电能的微型能量采集系统。提出了多种低频、宽带振动能采集器新结构,建立了碰撞式振动能采集器的简化分析方法;首次研制出基于耦合增强效应的风能采集器样机,从理论上分析了实现耦合增强的方法,在耦合增强机理及建模方法方面处于前沿地位。 微纳加工工艺:在硅基MEMS工艺开发及工艺间建设方面具有丰富的经验,针对FBAR和MEMS压电能量采集器的需求,设计了AlN压电器件体加工工艺,与工艺人员一起开发出了扩展性强的压电器件工艺流程;在纳米加工方面,基于模板法制备了与植物叶相似的疏水表面,改进了热压法,制备出具有微米/纳米分级结构的超疏水表面。目前主要集中于柔性电子加工工艺和自组装等纳米加工工艺的研究。
