许海涛,北京科技大学副教授,IEEE会员。北京科技大学博士。2016年-2017年,美国休斯顿大学访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金1项、中央高校基本科研业务费项目、中国信息通信研究院等多个横向/纵向项目,参与完成国家863项目2项、03专项2项,教育部重大项目1项,国家自然科学基金2项等。发表期刊和学术会议论文50余篇,其中SCI 20余篇,出版专著2部,发明专利3项
