个人简介

简 历 在信息化应用呼唤高带宽网络背景下,本人以光纤传输系统与其关键技术为研究焦点,侧重于损伤补偿的理论与系统优化方法方面研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、北京市自然科学基金青年项目1项、获2013年度“ 香江学者计划” 项目资助( 从全国553名涉及32个一级学科门类报名人中,获得当年在信息与通信工程学科方向唯一资助名额( 总资助50人)),在香港公派交流期间作为技术骨干参与多个华为公司研发项目, 在数据中心光互连方面,联合创造多项高速传输实验记录;发表SCI/EI论文80余篇,其中SCI收录近40篇,包括领域顶级期刊Opt. Express光互连传输专题邀请论文1篇、IEEE J. Lightw. Technol.邀请综述论文1篇),高被引论文2篇;担任中国通信学会青年工作委员会协作委员、香江学者联谊会秘书长、中国电子学会青年科学家论坛会员,任多个国际会议组织委员、TPC分会联合主席、TPC委员、做特邀/分组报告等
