个人简介

沈昱婷,女,博士,副教授。现为常熟理工学院,物理与电子工程学院教师。2018年6月毕业于东南大学,获得微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。以第一作者的身份发表SCI论文3篇。 主要承担的教学课程 电子科学与技术专业英语 主要科研项目 1. 20nm以下金属、金属合金的结构、力学行为及性能调制,参与(国家自然科学基金面上项目,No. 51571060) 2. 悬空单层金属及金属氧化物二维晶体的原位制备及稳定性研究,参与(国家自然科学基金面上项目,No. 11674052) 3. 基于电子辐照的纳米结构构筑及机理研究,参与(国家青年科学基金项目,No. 61601116) 4. 用于生物单分子检测的新型二维纳米材料的按需构筑方法及机理研究,参与(国家青年科学基金项目,No.51302037)
