个人简介

洪学鹍,男,博士,副教授。现为常熟理工学院物理与电子工程学院教师,新能源科学与工程省级实践教育中心主任。2007年7月,中科院上海技术物理研究所微电子与固体电子学专业毕业,获理学博士学位。2007年7月至2009年9月就职于中芯国际集成电路制造(上海)有限公司,从事集成电路先进制造工艺的研究与开发。自2010年起至今,一直在物理与电子工程学院新能源科学与工程系从事科研、教学工作,主要讲授半导体物理与器件、半导体物理基础、模拟电子技术等课程,主持半导体物理基础微课、双语课程等校级教改项目。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,参与其它国家自然科学基金项目5项。2014年入选江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。 发表SCI学术论文30余篇。 主要承担的教学课程 半导体物理与器件、半导体物理基础、模拟电子技术、文献检索与科技论文写作 主要科研项目 主持: 1、单组分周期性钛酸锶钡多层膜的铁电和介电调谐性能研究 (国家自然科学基金青年项目61106126) 2、2014年江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象 参与: 1、具有边缘态无金属层状纳米结构器件自旋热电性能增强机制的研究(国家自然科学基金面上项目61674022) 2、 有机过渡金属分子结自旋热电效应的理论研究 (国家自然科学基金青年项目61404012) 3、含时量子点系统中自旋热电效应的理论研究(国家自然科学基金青年项目61306122)
