个人简介

韩志达,男,博士,教授。现为常熟理工学院物理与电子工程学院教师。从2008年~至今,一直在高校从事教学工作,主要讲授大学物理、电子材料工艺学、材料制备和表征等课程。2007年以第一作者发表论文Appl. Phys.
