研究工作主要涉及天然活性物质,有机合成,生物大分子及其复合物的X射线晶体结构及其功能。生物大分子的晶体结构,为认识及理解生物大分子的结构、相关功能以及相关生命过程的反应机理提供了原子水平的基础。 海洋生物产品工程学 以“微藻生物加工厂”为基础,生产相关的能源物质,如氢气、油、淀粉为以及其重要合成途径中关键酶及酶群的晶体结构的研究。 基于海绵相关微生物以及微藻中的活性蛋白酶在化工合成中的应用 基于海绵相关微生物的活性物质的分离提取及结构鉴定,从而为开展以结构生物学为导向的新药发现提供先导化合物。
