2. 中药化学成分高效、规模制备
发展中药化学成分高效分离、规模制备的方法、装备及分离材料。在成分分析及活性导引下,进行有目标的中药化学成分快速制备。实现中药化学对照品规模制备及活性化合物高效分离技术的现代化。
3. 中药药效物质基础及作用特色研究
基于中药化学组分及成分库,建立适宜的细胞模型及整体动物模型,系统研究中药药效、毒理及体内过程,阐明中药药效物质基础和组分间相互作用。继承和发展中药配伍的理论与方法,发展现代中药。
