个人简介

史振威,1977年生,北京航空航天大学教授/博导,宇航学院航天信息工程系(图像处理中心)主任,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2021年),教育部“新世纪优秀人才”(2011年)。 于1995年进内蒙古大学首届数学与物理教学科研人才培养基地进行本科阶段的学习,1999年获内蒙古大学数学系学士学位;2002年获内蒙古大学数学系硕士学位;2005年获大连理工大学应用数学系博士学位;2005年7月进清华大学自动化系从事博士后研究工作,2007年6月清华博士后出站后,进北京航空航天大学宇航学院图像中心(航天信息工程系)从事教学、科研工作。2007年评为硕士生导师;北航“蓝天新秀”;2008年晋升为副教授;2010年评为北航“蓝天新星”(科研类);2011年评为博士生导师;2013年于美国西北大学计算机系出国访问1年;2014年晋升为教授。 在图像处理、模式识别与机器学习、人工智能等基础理论与算法研究方面,研究了包括高光谱遥感图像的解混、分类、融合和目标检测;可见光遥感图像特定目标检测识别;大规模遥感场景自动标注、分割与分类;全色与多光谱、高光谱图像的自动配准与融合;图像增强和去雾等图像预处理技术、研制支持无人驾驶车辆的交通标识图文检测识别系统(包括交通牌和交通灯的自动检测识别系统)等。研究工作得到国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划课题、北京市自然科学基金等50余项基金课题的资助。在国内外学术刊物和会议上录用发表科研论文200余篇(其中IEEE期刊论文90余篇,一作/通讯SCI论文100余篇),论文发表于《IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence》、《IEEE Transactions on Image Processing》、《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》、《ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing》、《Pattern Recognition》等权威期刊,以及国际权威学术会议IEEE Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition(CVPR)和IEEE International Conference on Computer Vision(ICCV)等。 担任学术期刊《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》、《Pattern Recognition》、《ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing》、《Remote Sensing》和《Infrared Physics & Technology》编委;担任中文核心期刊《中国图象图形学报》、《图学学报》和《中国空间科学技术》编委;任中国图象图形学学会理事。 主讲本科生核心必修课《数字信号处理》和《航天智能信息处理与系统》;全校本科生选修课《数学之美》;研究生专业课《机器学习》、《模式识别系列实验》。获北京航空航天大学第十一届(2012年度)青年教师课堂教学比赛暨青年教师教学基本功比赛二等奖。指导硕士研究生26人(已毕业17人)、博士研究生15人(已毕业7人)。指导的16名研究生获得“国家奖学金”;1名硕士生获2014年北航“研究生十佳”称号;1名博士生获2019年北航“研究生十佳”称号;1名博士生获2018年北航“十佳论文”奖;1名博士生获2019年校级优秀博士学位论文。指导的3名硕士生获校级优秀硕士学位论文;指导的3名本科生获校级本科生毕设优秀论文。
