个人简介

1992-1996年于北京航空航天大学飞行器设计与应用力学系学习并获工学学士学位。1996-2001年于北京航空航天大学固体力学专业学习并获工学博士学位;2001年-2003年到清华大学工程力学系进行博士后研究工作。2003年10月到北京航空航天大学宇航学院任教。2008年-2009年赴英国南安普敦大学工程科学系进行学术访问。2010年-2011于中国商用飞机有限责任公司北京民用飞机技术研究中心挂职锻炼。 获得第二届中国复合材料青年科学家奖、2016年杜庆华力学与工程奖优秀青年学者奖,2016何鸿燊奖教金一等奖,2011北航科学技术奖二等奖等多项奖励。 兼任中国复合材料学会监事会秘书;北京力学会副秘书长、固体力学专业委员会副主任委员;北方七省市力学学会学术工作委员会常务委员;国际华人计算力学学会执行委员会委员;航天一院一部科技委外聘专家等职。 主要科研业绩 长期从事飞行器结构的破坏理论和力学设计研究,特别在先进复合材料结构方面,发展了先进复合材料结构宏微观多重模式损伤耦合扩展的渐进失效理论,建立了全复合材料非平面胶接连接的破坏理论,提出一系列高精度的复合材料螺栓连接的失效预测方法。研究成果解决了6个航天型号归零难题,并在航空航天5个型号研制中发挥了重要作用。 主持国家自然科学基金3项,工信部民机专项科研项目1项,863项目3项,航空、航天院所型号预研和攻关项目30余项。以第一作者出版工信部“十二五”规划专著《先进复合材料连接结构分析方法》,发表SCI论文40余篇、EI论文45篇,授权发明专利16项,登记软件著作权10项。
