居室环境-微生物组-人体健康轴研究(利用宏基因组组学、代谢组学、转录组等生物信息学、培养分离技术等多种方法结合研究模拟微重力、电离/光照辐射、密闭隔离环境微生物群体与其他生物界面、非生物界面的相互作用) 纳米生物技术(利用微流控技术与纳米技术进行微生物监测、药物研发、植物高效培养中的应用)
