基本信息 2019.08-至今 北京航空航天大学经济管理学院助理教授 2019.03-2019.08 深圳北航新兴产业技术研究院助理教授 2012-2018 美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校哲学博士 2009-2012 北京大学教育学硕士 2005-2009 北京师范大学理学学士 近年发表了期刊论文、学术书籍章节及多篇国际会议论文,兼任Journal of Human Resource Management 期刊编委。 曾任:北京大学课程讲师、Handbook of Workplace Learning 书籍编委、Academy of Human Resource Development(AHRD)2021中国变革研讨会嘉宾、2021首届中国人才战略峰会特邀嘉宾、国际会议审稿人、2020北京大学教育学科重建40周年暨教育学院院庆20周年毕业研究生演讲代表等。

研究领域

人力资源开发和管理、组织行为,重点包括培训与发展、组织管理和变革、社交媒体以及领导力等
