个人简介

学习经历 1、2009年6月,毕业于武汉大学电气工程学院,获学士学位; 2、2014年6月,毕业于浙江大学电气工程学院,获博士学位。 工作经历 1、2014年7月至今,重庆大学电气工程学院,2017年9月聘任为副教授,2018年6月聘任为博士生导师; 2、2018年7月–2019年7月,新加坡南洋理工大学(Nanyang Technological University),博士后。 研究成果 1、目前主持国家重点研发计划子课题2项、国家自然科学基金1项、重庆市自然科学基金1项,已主持完成横向和其他各类项目5项; 2、至今已发表SCI/EI期刊论文80余篇,会议论文20余篇,入选ESI高被引论文1篇,入选“中国精品科技期刊顶尖论文(F5000)”1篇,被引1300余次,H影响因子18,H10影响因子40,申请发明专利14项(已授权6项,已转让1项); 3、博士论文获评浙江大学2013-2014学年优秀博士学位论文,曾获GE基金会科技创新奖。 学术指导 1、硕士/博士国家奖学金,5人次; 2、GaN System杯高校电力电子应用设计大赛,全国一等奖1项; 3、大学生电子设计竞赛,重庆市一等奖1项; 4、大学生国创项目,优秀结题3项。 在研项目 1、国家重点研发计划,宽禁带半导体电机控制器开发和产业化,课题3:低感高温高密度多功能复合SiC功率模块研发,2017/7-2021/6,子课题负责人; 2、国家自然科学基金(青年基金)项目,车用多芯片并联SiC模块电热应力分布规律和调控方法研究,2017/1-2019/12,主持; 3、重庆市基础与前沿研究计划项目,基于逆变器自适应阻抗重塑的新能源发电系统谐波稳定化研究,2016/7-2019/6,主持。 结题项目 1、国家重点实验室培育项目,基于鲁棒驱动的SiC逆变器暂态能量均衡与短路能量限制研究,2016/1-2017/12,主持; 2、中央高校基本科研业务费专项项目,大功率SiC功率模块基础问题研究,2016/1-2017/12,主持; 3、中央高校基本科研业务费专项项目,并网逆变器惯性的缺失机理与修复控制研究,2015/1-2016/12,主持。
