1994年9月至1998年6月，华中理工大学自控系工业自动化专业学习，获学士学位 1998年7月至1999年10月，山特（深圳）电子有限公司研发部工程师 2000年9月至2006年4月，华中科技大学控制理论与控制工程专业学习，获博士学位 2006年4月至今，华东交通大学电气学院自动化教研室教师 2010年11月至2011年10月，英国ESSEX大学访问学者 2013年10月获博士生导师资格 2013年11月任华东交通大学电气学院院长（2009年4月任电气学院院长助理、2011年6月任电气学院副院长） 2019年6月至2020年6月，挂职江西省学位办奖励及荣誉 “多智能体系统动力学分析与控制”获2019吴文俊人工智能自然科学奖二等奖（1/5），2019 江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人，2018 全国万名优秀创新创业导师，教育部高教司，2017 华东交通大学首届优秀研究生指导教师，2017 华东交通大学优秀博士论文指导教师，2017 “控制科学与工程研究生创新能力培养探索与实践”获第十五批江西省高校教学成果奖二等奖（2/5）,证书编号20170000498；同时获华东交通大学研究生教学成果一等奖，编号20170705102，2017 正处职干部考核优秀，2016、2017、2018 江西省“井冈之星”青年科学家培养对象，2012 江西省优秀研究生指导教师，2012 “群体系统的建模及控制研究” 获2009－2010江西省高等学校科技成果二等奖（J1102032，1/5），2011 江西省高校中青年学科带头人，2011 江西省优秀硕士论文指导教师，2011、2013、2014、2015 华东交通大学优秀硕士论文指导教师，2010、2011、2012、2014、2016、2017、2018、2019 华东交通大学优秀教师，2008-2010 华东交通大学优秀毕业设计指导教师，2007、2008、2009、2010、2012、2015、2018
