研究领域

主要从事糖尿病药理学研究和新药临床前研发工作,涉及2型糖尿病及其慢性并发症相关防治药物的新药靶点研究、筛选模型的建立、先导化合物的发现及药物作用机理的研究,着重胰岛素抵抗、肝糖异生、胰岛β细胞功能及糖尿病及其并发症发生发展的分子机制研究。
