研究领域
研究方向为药用天然产物的生物合成与酶法结构修饰。主要研究内容为:1. 解析复杂药用天然产物生物合成途径中的新颖关键酶及其催化机制;2. 利用分子生物学手段,拓宽酶的底物谱,开发工具酶,应用于目标分子的高效酶法合成;3. 构建人工生物合成途径,高效生产活性天然及非天然药物,解决创新药物的来源问题。
