邓修权 - 北京航空航天大学

个人简介

博士，教授，管理科学与工程系系主任，美国宾州州立大学工业工程系访问学者，民建北京市经济委员会委员，中经咨询高级管理咨询顾问，北航廉政研究所成员，北航经管学院多主体仿真研究中心执行主任。承担课程包括本科生和研究生的企业战略管理、项目进度管理、现代工业工程。主持国家自然科学基金1项、航空基础科学基金4项、教育部人文社科基金1项、北航蓝天科研新星计划资助1项；主持与参加各种企业咨询课题十余项，涉及到企业战略、管控模式、项目管理、先进生产模式、物流系统、质量管理（ISO9000）、业务流程再造、信息系统分析、生产能力查定与规划、团队建设等。

研究领域

目前主要研究领域是用复杂系统理论（如分形理论）、企业建模与集成方法（如ARIS建模方法）、面向动机和agent的建模方法（如i*建模方法）、多主体仿真方法、数据分析方法（如结构方程、聚类分析）、案例研究方法研究企业战略与组织（如基于核心能力的企业竞争优势研究、基于惯例的适应性组织研究）、项目管理（如大型复杂项目的质量风险传递机理与控制研究）、供应链管理（如基于分形的适应性供应链研究）、运作管理以及应急管理（如基于分形的应急管理研究）中的问题。研究特点是把战略、组织、运作和信息系统视为一个统一的整体进行研究，以战略和组织理论为基础研究运作和信息系统，把信息系统的方法运用到战略和组织研究中，强调从动机角度进行研究。
