个人简介

北航经济管理学院教授、博士生导师、硕士生导师,上海交通大学工学博士,德国慕尼黑工业大学(Technische Universität München)博士后,连续两年入选中国高被引学者 (管理科学与工程学科, 2020/2021年), 两次入选全球前2%顶尖科学家(斯坦福大学发布),入选北航青年拔尖人才支持计划,北航优秀硕士论文指导教师;长期从事智能产品/服务系统、可持续供应链管理、质量与可靠性管理等理论及应用研究;逐步发展并完善了产品服务系统大规模定制理论与方法、面向全生命周期的可持续运营决策方法;先后授权多项国家发明专利,包括产品设计知识匹配方法、产品多维故障与失效数据处理方法与系统、新能源汽车动力电池系统失效评估方法及装置、产品服务系统需求交互关系识别方法等;面向智能服务实践,先后开发了工业服务个性化推荐系统、产品服务系统智能失效模式和影响分析系统,并获多项软件著作权。作为核心成员,撰写3项国家制造强国建设战略咨询委员会委托的咨询报告与政策建议,上报工信部,获工信部优秀智库研究成果一等奖。 截止目前,已发表学术论文70余篇,其中60多篇发表在 Int. J. Oper. Prod. Man.,Eur. J. Oper. Res., IEEE. T. Eng. Manage., IEEE T. Reliab., Reliab. Eng. Syst. Safe., Int. J. Prod. Res., CIRP Ann.- Manuf. Techn., Renew. Sust. Energ. Rev. 等国际SCI/SSCI期刊上;在国际知名出版社Springer独立出版英文学术专著1部,在机械工业出版社等出版著作、教材3部,参编十三五国家重点规划图书《智能制造服务技术》等著作3部;相关成果被美国国家工程院院士、IEEE Fellow、CIRP Fellow等国际知名学者广泛引用,Google Scholar数据库中被引2800余次,H因子为29;在智能制造服务领域,授权/公开国家发明专利多项;主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等国家级项目3项,承担国家科技重大专项子专题研究任务、国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题等3项。作为核心成员,主导完成上海贝尔、三菱电梯、中国商飞、上海电气、上海电力、中钞油墨、泛亚汽车等多项产学研项目。 常年担任IEEE T. Reliab., Int. J. Prod. Res.,Int. J. Prod. Econ.等近30家国际SCI/SSCI期刊的通讯评审专家;担任中国服务型制造联盟专家、中国自动化学会3D打印与社会制造专委会委员、国际生产工程科学院(CIRP)工业产品服务系统国际会议学术委员会成员(Scientific Committee Member)、《中国机械工程》期刊智能制造服务专辑编委;国内外学术合作较广,与德国、瑞典、加拿大、香港等地学者建立了良好的学术合作联系。
