研究领域

主要研究领域为疑难危重的自身免疫性肾脏病,包括ANCA相关小血管炎、抗GBM病、狼疮肾炎和血栓性微血管病。特色在于从临床工作中发现科学问题,利用我国临床资源优势,运用现代免疫学技术开展机制研究并最终用于临床。重点为自身抗体的抗原决定簇分析及其扩散机制、自身免疫肾脏病病因研究和补体异常活化在肾脏疾病发生发展中的作用。涉及分子免疫学、蛋白质生化、细胞生物学和分子信息学等。
