个人简介

教授，博士生导师。入选国家特支计划青年拔尖人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才和北京市科技新星等人才计划。主讲《操作系统》和《开源软件开发导论》等课程。主持了国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目及面上项目等，参研了多项国家973、863及核高基项目。在OSDI、AAAI和ICSE等发表论文130余篇，获中国发明专利授权40余项、美国发明专利授权2项。曾获全国优秀博士学位论文奖、中国计算机学会优秀博士学位论文奖、国家技术发明二等奖2项、教育部科技进步一等奖3项。指导学生获得Best Paper Award、Best Student Paper Award以及国内外科技竞赛一等奖等多项奖励。

研究领域

群体智能、智能软件工程、开源软件和分布式系统等。（1）群体智能：人工智能的分支方向之一，主要研究大规模开放群体环境下的智能汇聚问题。例如：众包、人本计算、机器学习系统等。（2）智能软件工程：人工智能、软件工程与大数据的交叉融合方向。一方面，研究如何把AI用于软件开发过程，如群智化软件开发、开源社区分析、自动化缺陷定位、自动化程序修复、开发者智能推荐、自动编程、低代码及无代码开发等；另一方面，研究如何用软工的方法提高AI系统的构建效率与质量，如神经网络的模块化分析、机器学习系统测试等。（3）开源软件：软件生态安全、开源软件供应链、开源开放社区分析与智能化治理。（4）分布式系统：服务计算系统、副本管理、JVM、区块链等。
