个人简介

北京交通大学健康中国研究院副院长，北京交通大学丝绸之路研究中心副主任兼秘书长，美国罗彻斯特理工大学访问学者。曾任中国扶贫开发协会博士后扶贫工程中心副主任，北京博士后联谊会组织人才部副部长和北京博士后合唱团副团长。 主持和参加国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目、横向课题等项目多项，发表论文20余篇（其中有6篇被SCI检索，2篇被EI检索，2篇是CSSCI核心刊物，8篇被ISTP检索）。 北京交通大学优秀主讲教师，指导的本科毕业论文被评为校级优秀论文，指导本科生大创项目被评为国家级大学生创新训练项目，指导研究生撰写的论文多次获得全国经济管理院校工业技术学研究会优秀论文一等奖，二等奖。指导研究生发表SCI和CSSCI期刊论文多篇。作为主要参与人，完成的项目“税费改革后公路可持续发展机制体制与政策措施研究”获得2015年度“中国公路学会科学技术奖”一等奖。2017年获选全国扶贫优秀博士后。 参与过新华社指数中心的“新华-道琼斯国际金融中心发展指数”的设计，并担任过新华社指数中心旗下多个指数的评审工作。作为主要成员，执笔了亦庄经济开发区文化创意产业战略规划，该规划得到亦庄区政府的高度评价，并作为亦庄区发展文化创意产业的重要参考。 负责筹备“管理.创新.发展”（MID）国际学术会议，并担任会议的组织主席，该会议已成功举办过5届。
