个人简介

铁林博士于2005、2011年获得北京航空航天大学学士、博士学位,现为北京航空航天大学副教授。 主要从事以航空航天为背景的非线性系统控制理论与应用方向的研究,近年来在国际上取得对离散双线性系统可控性问题研究的突破,获得了重要研究成果,提出了临近可控性(Near-controllability)和临近可控子空间(Nearly-controllable Subspace)概念,包含并推广了经典可控性、可控子空间概念。铁林博士关于临近可控性的研究工作,以独立作者身份发表在控制领域国际公认的三大顶刊《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》、《Automatica》和《SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization》上,被相关学者引用发表在控制领域顶刊上以较大篇幅进行了介绍。铁林博士共发表独立作者论文30余篇,其中SCI(E)期刊论文16篇包括《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》长文2篇,主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和面上项目等,获得“全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文”和“北京市优秀博士学位论文”等荣誉,并入选中国科协2016-2018年度“青年人才托举工程”。 教育经历 2005.9 -- 2011.7 北京航空航天大学 导航、制导与控制 博士研究生毕业 博士学位 2001.9 -- 2005.7 北京航空航天大学 电气工程及自动化 大学本科毕业 学士学位 工作经历 2014.11 -- 2015.11 美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学 访问学者 2011.7 -- 2013.9 北京航空航天大学 博士后 荣誉及奖励 中国科协青年人才托举工程 全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文 北京市优秀博士学位论文 北航青年拔尖人才支持计划 北京航空航天大学优秀博士后 北京航空航天大学优秀博士学位论文 北京航空航天大学首届研究生“双十佳”优秀学术论文奖(期刊类)
