个人简介

黄勤，男，教授博导。博士毕业于美国加州大学戴维斯分校，后在硅谷工作。任IEEE Trans. Communications编委，入选国家级青年人才计划和中国科协“青年人才托举工程”，北京高校青年教师教学基本功比赛一等奖，中国航空学会青年科技奖，我爱我师优秀青年教师，获批首届北京高校青年教师“创新教研工作室”。 研究方向主要为编码理论及其在通信、存储和导航的应用，所设计的编译码方案被采纳为国家标准，已被大规模广泛使用。发表IEEE Trans. Information Theory和IEEE Trans.
