2007/04-至今,深圳大学化学与环境工程学院化学系,研究员,从事功能高分子、电子封装材料和储能材料方向的科研和教学工作。目前担任中国电子学会电子制造与封装技术分会理事。
2005/02-2005/08,荷兰代尔夫特理工大学,高级研究学者,从事微电子封装材料研究。
2000/08-2007/03,北京理工大学材料科学与工程学院材料加工系,从事含能材料、阻燃材料的科研与教学工作,2002年晋升研究员。
1986/02-2000/07,防化研究院第五所,从事特种应用化学研究工作,1994年晋升副研究员
