个人简介

1985年7月毕业于北京大学物理系； 1987年5月获纽约大学科学硕士学位； 1992年6月获美国麻省理工学院物理学博士学位。工作经历： 1985年经李政道发起的中-美联合招考物理研究生项目赴美留学； 1992年获得麻省理工学院博士学位；先后在芝加哥大学，法国法兰西学院，普林斯顿的NEC研究中心，洛克菲勒大学从事科学研究工作； 2000年受职于加州大学旧金山分校任助理教授； 2005年升为该校终身教授； 2008年升为正教授。

研究领域

基因组尺度的基因调控网络和转录调控的研究。衰老的分子生物学机制
